My name is Angel from “Pearl of the Orient Seas” in the Philippines, I am a member of a different freelancing such as Filipina Homebased Moms(FHMOMs), Filipino Virtual Assistance (FVA), (FLIP), etc. I got an idea about working at home/home-based through my husband’s friend.

I did self-study, watched free video tutorials via Youtube, Google, and FHMoms Facebook page. Every day I am learning through research, until one day, I decided to enroll because I want to be one of the so-called “ Work at home Mom” , or a freelancer.

I started freelancing in June 2019. I enrolled Freelancing course at Filipino Virtual Assistance, and finish the course of July, and undergo an apprenticeship program with two different levels at Filipino Virtual Assistants. Administrative assistant focused on creating content album/text using Canva, Social Media Assistance under “The Owner/Co-Founder/CEO” of Filipino Virtual Assistance it’s an honor working with her and FVA. I learned a lot through the Apprenticeship program. I received three different certificates (uploaded on my FB page).

After three to five days I started submitting applications on Upwork, luckily right after submitting my application the client replied-interview- and “pass” got the contract right away, Thank God! right now I am working with my client she’s a great client lucky I am, she is my very first client. And right now continuous invitation from the client. I can say that I am blessed and happy! proud to be a freelancer and WAHM.
